ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

During high-demand periods or launches, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Still Sunday is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local conditions beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES

We ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Still Sunday is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If your package appears delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information. If the issue persists, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
